Kingsley E. Ansong
Kingsley is the lead partner at Sankofa Advisory and the CEO and founder of Elefante Farms. Kingsley is Ghanaian by blood but grew up in Canada, which gives him a unique dual perspective — both as a native of the country and as someone who was raised abroad.
His on-the-ground experience dealing with the societal, cultural, and personal challenges of working in Ghana makes him exceptionally well-versed in this topic. Kingsley is an invaluable resource for anyone who wants to truly understand how to manage and grow a business successfully in Ghana.
Juliane Krug
Juliane is one of the partners at Sankofa Advisory. As a European who has worked extensively in Africa — and specifically in Ghana — Juliane brings a unique perspective. She can personally relate to clients coming from outside the region, as she once had the same concerns and questions about how to do business successfully.
During her time leading Elefante, she gained invaluable insight from an outsider’s point of view, learning how to navigate and manage the many elements involved in doing business in Ghana.
